Led by skilled facilitators, this group fosters a beacon of hope and guidance in the vastness of one's journey to reach optimal wellness and well-being. Meetings are held in an online sanctuary, ensuring a light amidst the shadows for all who join, with access information shared upon registration.

The very first group session (1 time only) you can join with us is free (Restrictions: one free trial group session per person, can be used 1 time every 5 years. If you pick a date but do not show up, your free trial session is forfeited).
Groups run in 4 meeting packages and costs vary by meeting length.
1.5 hr - 4 meetings - $35 a group session ($140 for each 4 meeting package).
1 hr - 4 meetings - $30 a group session ($120 for each 4 meeting package).
.5 hr - 4 meetings - $15 a group session ($60 for each 4 meeting package).
You will receive an email notifying you if something opens. Sign-up is first come first serve.
